Pico laser power with Q-Switched laser energy
StarWalker’s unique oscillating DMT (transverse mode discrimination) laser technology combines with ISA pulse control to emit very short Q-switched pulses (5 nano sec) that consist of a sequence of very short energy explosions in trillionths of a second, causing the photomechanical impact to burst tiny skin targets without damaging the surrounding skin. StarWalker’s technology thus combines the high energy capabilities of nanosecond lasers with the peak powers of the very short pulses of traditional picosecond lasers.
